Arrived in UK-Tues 27 th and now 28th morning as I post this

Day 1 of trip as wait until start of tour on 3 June

Well have arrived in Uk. Was  around 11 am yesterday. Drizzly conditions, clouds , not cold but not warm either. Very green as they have had a shocking last 6 months. Like us in 2023 a bit.

Had a big tailwind across USA at times over 100 miles per hrs so we could have arrived early at Heathrow but I think we had to circle to get into the arrival pattern as was on time.

Weird when you think that plane flys for hrs at around 1000km per hour. Incredible.

Naughty Lyall didn't sleep for 50 plus hrs !. Won't do what a did in 2015 and went many days without sleep !. Actually I did get 6 hrs last night as posting this  29th May Wednesday morning UK time. 

Coming up to Piccadilly Circus on Hope off Bus-Big cool and drizzly in London 28 May. Planning to go on again today Wednesday 29 May

Street performers in Leicester Square. A new Star Wars is premiering today at the theatre we regularly used to go to on Friday nights. 

Flags are out on Regents street as Europes Championsleg final is at Wembley Stadium on Sat afternoon. Will have to watch that. No English teams

 in final. 

Will watch in Taunton Mark, is that a plan. At the pub? ?
