Day five-Leaving Taunton

Day Five dawned fine, and mild. I didn't realise that the outskirts of Taunton were so lovely and I wa in for a very pleasant surprise. Managed to get my phone connection sorted with a Uk SIM card so although it took a while Lee -Anne and I can talk to each other at any time instead of only when we had data. I had Uk roaming from home, but was expensive use of data to call each other via NZ so now all sorted thanks to Nick, one of fellow riders who got me to an O2 shop in taunton and now all sorted.

The crew at Dinner-we have dined together most nights. Dorothy was joined that evening by friends and a brother at table at back with our tour leaders Andy and Gwen Bevan on the left, the "younger ones" but they are both 55 and retired and into a new career stage. They are such fantastic people and tour leaders. We are fortunate to have them looking after us .
